Blossoming Together will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am to 4pm in the Family Life Center at Northwood Baptist Church in North Charleston. The convention will feature local vendors that could benefit homeschoolers. A wide range will be offered such as colleges, field trip opportunities, local groups with varied intentions, etc. There will be seminars taught by local homeschool parents, organization leaders, co-ops, experts, and more. These seminar classes will be held every hour in multiple classrooms. We would love to have as many learning opportunities as possible, so if you are interested in teaching a seminar please email us. Our hope is that all families leave feeling more equipped than ever to blossom as homeschoolers in our community.

Vendor Booth Packages:

• Corporate/Big Business: Early bird discount $100. After January 1st price will increase to $125

• Small Business/Non-Profit: Early bird discount $50. After January 1st price will increase to $75

All vendor packages will include the admission of 3 staff members, their company/organization name listed in the event brochure, and refreshments. Each vendor booth will be provided with 1 table, 1 tablecloth, and 2 chairs. If additional tickets are needed for more staff, they will be available for purchase at a later date. To register please fill out the form below. Payments will be accepted via Paypal, Venmo, or invoice (upon request). Please include your company/organization name and homeschool convention in the description of your payment. Please note that once payment is received there will be no refunds given for any reason. Remember that your registration is incomplete and your vendor spot is not reserved until your full payment has been received. Space is limited and vendor spots are expected to sell out quickly. Seminar teachers will be given priority when booking. All other spaces are first come, first serve. Vendor registration closes when all spaces are filled. I am actively seeking sponsors for this event, and your support can make a significant difference! By becoming a sponsor, you’ll help make the convention more affordable for local homeschool families and those just beginning their homeschooling journey. Your contribution will not only enhance the experience for attendees but also ensure the continuation of this valuable event for years to come. Below, you’ll find our various sponsorship levels, and I welcome any ideas you might have for additional sponsorship opportunities—please don’t hesitate to reach out! Note that the convention and promotional sponsorship levels will close on March 10th to allow time for materials to be ordered, while seminar sponsorships will remain open. $500 - Convention Sponsor - As a Convention Sponsor, your business will receive prominent exposure both locally and online. Your logo will be featured on the convention flyer, shared extensively on social media, and displayed on the front cover of our event brochure. You’ll have the option to showcase a business display at the entrance to the convention, maximizing your visibility to attendees. Additionally, your logo will be included on the swag bags for the first 100 guests, and you can provide promotional materials—such as pens, notepads, or other items—to be included in those bags. Plus, you will enjoy priority placement in the vendor hall, ensuring your business stands out at this exciting event.

$300 - Promotional Sponsor - As a Promotional Sponsor, your logo will be prominently featured on the swag bags given to the first 100 guests, providing excellent visibility right from the start. You’ll also have the opportunity to include your promotional materials—such as pens, notepads, or other items—in those bags. Additionally, your logo will be showcased in the event brochure, further enhancing your brand’s exposure to attendees throughout the convention.

$150 - Seminar Sponsor - As a Seminar Sponsor, your business will be prominently displayed on the door of a seminar classroom, ensuring visibility to all attendees. Additionally, logo will be featured on the seminar schedule in the event brochure, allowing participants to easily connect with your brand while engaging in valuable learning experiences.
